Waking up zombies…
One survivor. An old camper. A road through the ash.
There is no final destination. Survive for as many kilometres as you can. Your vehicle is your base. Command your survivor to drive, repair, build, eat and scavenge. Every job needs a survivor — and there is only one of you, for now.
Choose a survivor, then click an object. Gold outlines show hover; teal outlines show selection. Actions surround the object; its floating information stays on the right.
Keep driving assigns the wheel. Another order releases the driver. Recall everyone before leaving.
Space pauses; orders can be queued. Right-click deselects without cancelling work. Closing information preserves your survivor.
V switches interior/exterior. Drag orbits; wheel zooms. The vector dashboard keeps its size and remains clickable.
Energy, food reserve, bladder comfort and Hygiene: high is healthy. Red complaints appear below 35%.
Below 20%, each neglected need adds Stress. Below 5%, survivors interrupt orders for emergency care.
Above 85% Stress: orders refused. Above 95%: Rabies rises. At 100% Rabies the survivor becomes a zombie.
Sleep, eat, wash and use the WC. Safety and rest help Stress, Anxiety and Depression. The survivor ? opens the live state algorithm.
Icons identify Speed, Fuel, Hull and Shield. Hull and Shield start with 3 cells; each has three upgrades to 6, 12 and 20 cells. Click a gauge for information; click its level pips to upgrade. The lever applies forward thrust, coasts at neutral and applies proportional brakes below neutral. Maximum speed is 60 km/h; there is no reverse.
Directly assigns deploy/retract to the selected survivor. Park and recall everyone; deployment costs 2 kWh. Plates absorb 85% external hull damage.
Exterior view → empty slot. Roof: twelve slots in a 6×2 grid for guns, Crossbows, lights, PV or batteries. Sides/front: PV or storage. Side collectors and hardpoints lie flush with the body. Dismantle before refitting.
Extra batteries attach charge cases; roof lights attach a controller. Icons above, left and right of the instruments unfold the Power, Lights and Battery panels on their corresponding sides. Fold choices are remembered. Construction needs time and scrap.
Hybrid uses battery then fuel. Electric uses battery only; fuel mode uses generator fuel. Switching mode is a survivor job.
Each PV source shows actual output or OFF. The fuel generator has its own protection box. Installed PV panels share one solar protection box; that branch appears with the first panel. The battery has separate charge and supply cables. Daylight and clouds change generation. The camper includes a basic inverter, transformer and rectifier. Power Conversion lets you operate or rebuild them (20 / 15 scrap). The diagram shows each PV output → fused combiner → inverter → transformer → rectifier → fused output → battery and loads. Battery stored/max kWh remains visible with V/A/W.
Headlights, cabin and exterior master have direct switches. Roof lights have separate power and 88 / 175 / 263 / 350 W power settings; higher intensity uses more energy.
Manual: pan/tilt arrows and four tilt presets (−45 / −15 / +15 / +45°). Power and sweep speed use four direct buttons; sweep defaults to 45°/s. Tracking: nearest living zombie within 70 units. Previous/next selects another light.
Distance is the score. There is no fixed finish line. Supplies, places and wrecks recur. Hull or total crew loss ends the journey.
Scavenge structures and wrecks once. Harvest loose food: it disappears. Trees/forest regrow. Inventory receives supplies when the survivor returns. Collected fuel goes to onboard storage. Refuel sends the first free survivor to fetch it and fill the 100 L tank.
Road piles stop the van. A survivor needs 1–5 work attempts, four base seconds each. Progress saves; the final attempt removes the whole pile.
One real minute = one game hour. Nights spawn more, tougher zombies. Weather changes temperature. Activity falls below 10°C; outdoor zombies freeze at −10°C.

Songs alternate with complete ambient recordings. Weather beds and sound effects continue during music. Pause/hidden tabs silence the simulation.
Voices react to orders, needs, time and danger. Horde cues require more than ten nearby zombies. Tense night calls take priority.
All 37 models and 63 recordings finish before entry. Any unavailable asset is counted after bounded retries, with an available fallback where possible.
